FORK & CORK is a great way to enjoy a generous sampling of fabulous wines, gourmet cheeses and exquisite finger foods in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere!  Executive Chef Michael Hollingsworth and his award-winning culinary staff will create delicious dishes to delight your friends, family or colleagues. 
Need help pairing wines? Mr. Anand Torres, Director of Lodge Restaurants and son of well-known chef Andre Torres, has literally grown up in the restaurant business and is expert in pairing the perfect wines to suit the food served at your next event!
COOKIN’ WITH KIDS is a great way to spend a couple of hours of creativity with your child or children.  Our staff will help create a personal pizza making party complete with all the fixings!

Your child will enjoy making personal pizzas or other simple faire, decorating cookies or cupcakes and creating fun candy like chocolate marshmallow pops in cherry chocolate with sprinkles! Plus, The Lodge staff can conduct simple etiquette lessons for children ages 5 through 11! 

We can also create fun, interactive cooking classes for teens and adults!

The Lodge of Four Seasons is known as a family tradition and has been in the Koplar-Brown family for over 40 years. The family is still actively involved in every aspect of the hotel, which holds memories for so many people all over the world.

Easter Brunch at The Lodge - April 4th

Easter Brunch at The LodgeJoin The Lodge for our annual  Easter Brunch in HK’s Steakhouse  on Easter Sunday, April 4th.  Enjoy an amazing amount of choices and delicious desserts! Brunch begins at 10:30 a.m. and ends at 2:00 p.m.

Enjoy a delicious variety of breakfast items including traditional Eggs Benedict, bacon, sausage, cheese blintzes and Bananas Foster French toast. Plus, made-to-order-omelettes and pasta, carving stations featuring beef and honey-glazed ham. 

Plus, our cold station with a variety of fresh salads, domestic cheeses, deviled eggs, fruit, smoked salmon & bagels and peel & eat shrimp.

But that’s not all! Our buffet features a stuffed leg of lamb, almond chicken & sole roulade, broccoli polonaise, green beans with walnuts, mixed rice, and whipped Yukon Gold potatoes.  HK’s will also feature a beautiful assortment of gourmet desserts to satisfy any sweet tooth.
